Remember: client fees must be paid 24 hours prior to session, otherwise the session will be canceled
Late Cancellation and No Show Policy - There is a minimum 24 hour notification required for canceling a session. If less than 24 hours is provided, you will be charged half of the session fee. If a second occurrence of less than 24 hours cancellation notice is given, you will be charged the full session fee. If there is a third occurrence, you will be charged the full session fee, and no further appointments will be provided. The same policy applies for a No Show. Client session fees must be paid 24 hours prior to session, otherwise the session will be canceled.
